Based 10 minutes outside of Warrnambool, we have access to:

• Warrnambool Racecourse – course proper track, synthetic fibre track, sand track, schooling facilities, practice barriers and swimming pool
• Warrnambool’s pristine beaches

With a large 500 acre property, all horses’ needs are met using our stabling facilities including:

• Open sand boxes
• Grassed paddocks
• Tie ups/wash bays
• Sand round yard
• Large grassed spelling paddocks

With only having a small team of horses in work at a time, each horse is able to be individually catered and cared for to ensure they are happy, healthy and fit. With plenty of large grassed paddocks, it’s the ideal place for horses to freshen up or to be trained in a stress-free environment. Each horse is able to enjoy their day outside in paddocks which provides a healthy balance between work and leisure.
